I like to stop and take stock of what I'm doing a couple times in the year. January and probably end of August (that one is due to the school schedules). It helps me see where I am and where I'm going. Since I'm a stay at home mom, and don't get regularly "evaluated" like I did when I was working, this self-evaluation is important to me.
